I had a meeting today with Gideon Shalwick where we talked about our plans for next year. It’s important for us to coordinate what we are doing, but beyond just scheduling, it’s helpful to meet and talk about goals so we know what we are both looking to achieve.
I find it immensely valuable to listen to Gideon talk about what he’s learned recently, what he wants to do next, his opportunities and motivations. His ideas helps me to generate my own.
